Chicken with mitsuba? Viet-Japanese style

Chicken breast, boiled and shreaded it and put otsuyu as it’s flavor. The thought-to-be mitsuba (it said “grass” at walmart), boiled and flavored it with fish sauce. The combination of otsuyu and fish sauce turned out pretty well! What a wholesome food 😀
Can’t wait to try all these cooking and new recipe with my family and my boyfriend =D
