Pork spare ribs
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 stalk of spring onions chopped up
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp ligh soy sauce
1 tsp honey
4 tbps of water
1. heat up the pan/wok with olive oil (any type of oil is okay), add the spareribs and cook until redness is gone (outer layer)
2. add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the meat is done.
3. add some spring onion on top for decoration!
