Finally found it!: kong xin cai, and Jamaican roast chicken

Ahhhh! So happy that I found kong xin cai because I wanted to make my family’s favorite that we get at hinges restaurants. It’s usually just kong xin cai with garlic and oil, but today I added dark soy sauce to it. Good texture!

And Megan made another delicious Jamaican chicken. This one smelled so good as she was preparing it. Chicken thighs, salt, garlic powder, thyme, onion powder.
Sooooo good!!!
