Japanese onigiri

I love these onigiri!! This one looked special with fancy font and photo of salmon. The seaweed was already wrapped on the onigiri but wasn’t too soggy to eat. A good portion of salmon was inside. And I love the perfect amount of salt mixed in with the rice! This one called its onigiri as “omusubi,” which is another way of saying rice balls. Ate it on the way to Hakone, on an unexpected rode inthe Romance Car.
