Japanese cuisine is also famous for soba, and a lot of people love it especially older people! It’s known to be healthy and beneficial for your well being.

Today, I ordered warm soba soup called, tamago toji soba. It’s a simple soup soba, I think the broth is bonito flakes, with egg drops, scallion, seaweed, kamaboko (the white thing with pink twirly thing, which is sliced fish cake) and of course soba.

I guess it was good, but the soba wasn’t amazing. I liked the eggs though!
