Ham Steak

Once a year, at least, we have ham steak dinner. Luckily, we get this delicious chunk of ham as a gift! The night was yesterday! This year, the ham was very fatty and juicy — loved it!

Cold salad I made: arugula, mizuna, and diced tomato with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic dressing.

Potato salad with guacamole.

Paella with chicken wings.
