After all this Korean and Japanese food for New Years, it is about time to eat some Western food. My mom prepared spaghetti bolognese (one of my favorites of hers!) and I prepared a healthy salad.
The salad has mizuna, lettuce (surprisingly sweet for winter time) with lots of thinly sliced scallions. For dressing, I put together miso, rice vinegar, and water for dressing, and also put in some of the LOOOADS of sliced scallions that I chopped up for dinner tonight. I hope that this dish will nourish the veggie need and facilitate some blood flow in our bodies. lol
Oh, and another detox recipe that I’ve been making the past two mornings is my specialty* Banana Smoothie! Made fresh with all natural ingredients! Frozen banana and plain yogurt! This is my favorite!
