I made a delicious salad today! One of my favorite creations from the dining hall, I must say. I mixed together chickpeas that was already marinated with chopped up white onion in olive oil, and put it together with feta cheese and almond slices. The texture is crunchy and the feta accents the overall taste – mmm! So good! Got some marinated tomato, tuna, and boiled egg on the side. My main was the roast bee sandwich that had fresh tomatoes, greens in it with cream cheese spread.
