Crispy Chicken

King Alton Brown taught us how to make crispy chicken drumsticks and wings!

He teaches us so that we steam the chicken first, but since we didn’t have a steamer, we went with boiling the chicken. Pat dry and cool the chicken. Then, on a parchment paper laid on top of a baking sheet, align the chicken and put it in the broiler for about twenty minutes. Flip the chicken then keep the chicken in the oven for another twenty.

Coat your chicken with your favorite sauces, Jeff chose spicy barbecue and I chose salt, and also soy sauce with honey. Wala. The chicken turns out sooo crispy and the texture is great!
