Salmon meat with Trader Joe’s Organic Marinara Sauce and whole wheat rotini. Grated bits of Parmesan cheese and squeezed some lemon on it. Sided by grilled asparagus.
THE PASTA was done al dente, just the way I like it! and the salmon marinated perfectly well with the Marinara sauce. Ah, definitely a dish I didn’t want to finish eating. The addition of string beans in the pasta also added a new texture and flavor to the pasta and was a great idea!
