しょうが焼き Pork Ginger

Only if I can find thinly sliced pork in America… Chinatown? Asian supermarket?

Instructions:

Approximately for 4 people

1. Mix the following ingredients in a medium size bowl: 3Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sake, 1 Tbsp grated ginger.

2. Add thinly sliced pork (12 of them, about 40g or 50g each), into the bowl, and let it sit for about ten minutes.

3. Cook the pork in a frying pan.

4. Add shredded cabbage and wedge cut tomato on the side.

*Some like to add sugar or honey for sweetness and garlic in the sauce.

*Chicken is a substitute for pork.
