Easy curry stir-fry.
frozen veggies, as much as you want
1. in a medium heat wok, start defrosting the vegetables (better if naturally defrosted)
2. shake the curry powder twice on the veggies, mix.
3. in a separate bowl (or to the wok), mix together curry powder and coconut milk (the ratio is up to you, but be careful because curry powder is powerful!).
4. Mix together the curry mixture with the veggies. Heat until veggies are cooked.
