Arugula is almost like mustard… it’s kind of spicy but not in the hot chili pepper way. It’s often prepared uncooked as a salad green. Loaded with vitamins A an C, and it has very few calories. Perfect for beauty 🙂
My mom loves the combination of tomato and arugula. She often makes this salad when the green and tomato are in season, a lot during the summer. With an Italian twist to it, she makes an easy olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
