Christmas lunch

Light lunch before our Christmas dinner, we had so many boiled eggs that mom made us egg salad sandwich. I love these soft butter rolls, and I love her egg sandwich. I had a post about it before. Her recipe has Best Foods/Helmands mayonnaise, but this time she used a Japanese mayonnaise. I think Japanese ones have more vinegary taste and less cream-like texture, and because of that, it produced a less firm egg salad filling.
